Delivery areas

We ship to all major cities and towns in Pakistan through trusted courier partners including TCS, Leopards, BlueEx, and others. International shipping may be arranged on request — contact us before ordering from outside Pakistan.

Delivery options

• Standard — typically 3–5 business days after dispatch. Fee shown at checkout; free shipping may apply above the threshold on our homepage.
• Express — typically 1–2 business days after dispatch, subject to carrier availability in your city.
• Karachi same-day — available for Karachi addresses when selected at checkout and stock is ready.

Processing time

Most in-stock items are packed within 1–2 business days. Handmade or made-to-order pieces may require additional time; we will contact you if your order needs longer preparation.

Your responsibilities

• Provide a complete and accurate delivery address and reachable phone number.
• Respond to courier calls or messages to avoid failed delivery attempts.
• Re-shipping due to incorrect address details or repeated failed delivery may incur additional charges.

Tracking

When your order ships, we share tracking details by email and on your order status page. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Gift wrapping

Optional gift wrapping and gift messages are available at checkout. We pack items with care; minor wear on outer packaging during transit is not considered product damage.
