Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love every piece from Art Dastak. Because many items are unique handmade works, returns are handled carefully and fairly. Please read this policy before requesting a return or refund.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement, store credit, or full refund as appropriate.
Change of mind
- Unused items in original condition may be eligible for exchange or return within 7 days of delivery for selected standard categories.
- Custom, commissioned, personalised, engraved, or final-sale items are generally not returnable unless faulty or not as described.
- Slight natural variation in handmade colour, texture, or size is not a defect.
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error, a wrong item, or a confirmed product defect. We will provide return instructions after approving your request.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item (where applicable).
- Online payments (Safepay — JazzCash, Easypaisa, cards) are refunded to the original payment method where possible.
- Cash on delivery refunds may be issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
How to request a return
Email us or message on WhatsApp with your order number, reason for return, and photos if relevant. We will confirm eligibility before you ship anything back.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. If production has started on a custom piece, a cancellation fee may apply. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
